Once again someone asking for jetting advice

I searched the site but I have been out of the 2T loop for a while and most is the posts I found only helped a little bit.

Without asking for too much of your time:

I am looking for a middle-of-the-road starting point for my 2010 300.

4000-6000' 30-50'F

Just need some suggestions to get me started.
