I use sheet metal screws, can't remember the size off the top of my head - maybe #8x3/4" long?

ok part 2 ...

I went with the stock set up because I wanted the built in grab holds ...
looking at it tonight ... its looking like there won't be any room on the muffler side. Some of the plastic might even have to be hacked off to get it to fit with the fmf Q in place.... or if it fits there is no way in hell there would be room for a hand. anyone got the stock assembly in place on an 11 with the fmf Q?? how is the fit? no go for the hand hold??

You will have to go with the FMF Turbine Core or Leon Vince silencers to make the hand hold usable.

It fits but you gotta have small hands to make the grab handle work.

It still works as a hand hold even though I have to grab it a little farther to the rear than where the finger indents are.

right you are ... I bit the bullet and hacked off the end instead of sending it back. It fits quite nicely, no issues with the Q and firms up the rear fender which should come in handy when moving the bike around or extracting from the inevitable bike swallowing mudhole!
Thanks for the replies guys!
