Default Fork oil change

Hey guys,

I've never changed the fork oil on my bike before but it desperately needs some love. I've had the bike for a year, my buddy owned it previously and never touched the forks in the 5ish years he had the bike.

So, I'm planning on changing the bushings, seals and wipers, and oil. My list of stuff to order is as follows:

Tools:

[QTY1]Motion Pro Fork Oil Level Tool
[QTY1]Motion Pro Fork Seal Bullet Tool
[QTY1]Motion Pro Ringer Fork Seal Driver

Parts:
[QTY1]Seals and wipers: 48mm Flex-Fork Seals and Dust Wipers WP/KYB/Ohlins/SACHS (Synergy)
Bushings: Where do I get these?
[QTY2]Oil: Motul Factory Line Synthetic Fork Oil - 5W

I'm aware that I can fashion some makeshift tools, but for the sake of time and simplicity I'd rather just order the real deal and be done with it.

Regarding the parts, I'm up for suggestions. I've read on here that the Synergy seals are the way to go, so I'm fairly certain I'll go with those.

I've no idea where to get bushings

I'm definitely open to suggestions of different brand and weight oils.

Additional info:

Bike:
'03 EC250 w/ Ohlins suspension

Me:
200lbs in the nude

Riding style:
Woods, I'm not terribly aggressive. I'm just getting back into the sport after a several year hiatus. Oh and I'm 26, so...not too dumb but still a little stupid from time to time. Ideally I'd like to get into more technical woods riding, but that's assuming the time is there for me to get to that level. So lets assume a bit of technical stuff but mostly (fairly) quick paced woods.

Synergy seals work well, email them because I think they also do bushes

You cannot use a seal bullet tool on the flex seals so saved you some $$ there but be warned the flex seals should come with a PG rating the first time you put them in, once you know how it is fairly simple

Motorex oil is what most of the well known susp. Tuners around here use, they reckon it breaks down the slowest. Australia isn't always the easiest place to get a good range of oils though. I've used silkolene rsf, it has a very high vi which generally means it will last as well. Most maxima oils are very high quality, I have no experience with their fork oil.

Be sure you have 48mm forks.
I think they were 46mm.
