400fse-450fse Starter gear and one way clutch mod
Hi. I made new starter gear and one way clutch bearing to my Gas Gas 450 fse 2003.
For modification I used: Yamaha Majesty 400 starter gear- cut new gear teeth on CNC milling machine Suzuki DRZ one way clutch bearing GasGas original bearing race-original size inside 62mm -drill to size 62,20mm and drill a small groove deep 2mm

If anyone have damaged starter clutch to 400-450 fse I can rebuild from your parts to fit drz 400 one way bearing. Total cost for starter gear, one way bearing and outside sleeve is 100 euro. To do this i need yours damaged starter gear and one way bearing sleeve.
