From what I've read the EXP looks like a huge improvement. Haven't tried it myself though.

The EXP will have a totally normal clutch lever feel and full over ride capability even at WFO (this is huge IMO). It still is an auto clutch but more aggressive in it's engagement than the Z Start or Pro and of course anti stall. There is a light wedge kit to soften the engagement some and heavy and soft wedges can be mixed for fine tuning. I assume it's not quite as adjustable as the Pro or Z Start but you don't have the option of the Pro with a GG and personally I don't want the original Z Start at all. Not stalling will be huge for me as I have a bad habit of doing that and then use it as a regular clutch in nasty stuff if I want. I'm sure there will be some slip to it but not as much as a Z Start. It's expensive but when I get my tax refund I'm getting one and I'll report back but that's probably a few months from now. I'm sure someone else will get one first and let us know how it works out.

So if I read U right, the EXP will give me a well made manual clutch, with the same feel and function as my ec250, with the added benifit of a no-stall?
Or am I gonna get more snappiness and tire spin/ less hookup? If it operates just like my oem clutch, I'd be very pleased. I just need the anti stall and override. Btw, are they ready to sell yet? I just got done looking on their site and no mention yet of GG. The new Husa's have it tho.

E-mail or call Mark/Steve at Go-Fasters about availability as they're probably sick of hearing from me about it I thought it would be ready by now and Rekluse will not answer my questions.

I have been speaking to the Revloc guys here in Australia. They have been doing alot of the beta testing over your winter (our summer) on the Dyna Ring.
The hydro clutch gixmo is coming soon and I am measuring my clutch plates today to see if they have a dyna ring that suits. I am sure a CRF basket is similar....I remember someone fitting a Rekluse Pro from a CRF into a Gasser once. I could even just make a longer clutch pushrod to set the clutch in the right position for the Dyna ring to work, I just could not roll start it like the way you do with cable clutches, by backing off the clutch free play at the perch. I had to make a longer push rod for my 2010 gasser with an 09 Rekluse (RMB100) to fit, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

I believe the Gasser Clutch is the same dimensions as late CR250 and all CRF450, but the thicknesses are different.
Fibres: 8 @ 2.7mm thick Metals: 7 @ 1.5mm thick Can anyone confirm this and does anyone know what the actual difference is between the 09 and 2010 basket??

cr250 fibers 2.97mm thick.
the gas gas ones measure 2.75 thick the cr250r steels are identical in dimension in all ways to stock gasgas plates.
