Default The infamous wheelset conversation

Hey guys I know we've been through the whole crossover wheel thing with little to no success(atleast not easily) so I was wondering what manufactures besides oem have people used before with good success that are reasonably priced? I also looked into building a set I'm just to lazy and don't want to pay a premium for buying individual parts. I want to leave my trelleborgs on this set of rims and rubber on the other set for quick changes in the fall and spring when there's snow on the trail but in the city the track is open!

Go Fasters had some reasonably priced OEM Wheelsets a while back.

I just talked with Jason at warp9 wheels and they are just testing there first set of gasgas wheels. I put these on my Honda 450 before and they were quite good wheels and very resonable. I'm suppose to call him on Wednesday pending everything goes good tomorrow and I'll grab a set of those and let you guys know how they pan out!

Im sure they'll be the same as my 450's and that would be great because there is such a limited amount of wheelsets for our bikes besides oem. It'll be nice to have some bling options too and they come with sprocket and discs so I can swap those with my braking rotors and use the free ones on my winter set without shelling out more cash!

Where can you find haan and talon wheels for gasgas online? I didnt want to ship from the uk. Warp9 said there backed up 3 weeks right now and are still testing till Friday the new gasser wheels so I was going to go with Rad manufacturing. I'd like to check out haan and talon though if there available for shipping from the USA.

Wouldnt have thought you would get the Talon wheels built and available from the US as they make most wheel sets to order from their factory in the UK, and as the WEC is on all the factory teams will have their orders in, backing the factory up.
