All the best in 2009! I just ran my first 5km race last night in downtown Calgary! It was called the Resolution Run! It took me 34 mins, not fast but I finished ! I haven't been able to exercise or push myself like this for nearly 7 years. I guess my last heart procedure worked ! Maybe I will be able to race again this year! Heres' hoping!

Happy new year! I hope everyone a safe and happy 2009. As for the running good work because I am 16 (way out of shape and I run 5KM in about 25Mins or so.

My resolution is to become more fit, ride more, and be more helpfull and understanding to others.

My goal is just to heal correctly and be able to ride, even if just cruising for awhile.
