Flywheel removal
How have you removed your flywheel?
Should I find a special extractor to thread into the ID threads of the flywheel or is a 2 or 3 armed bearing /gear puller OK? |

Yes #3 is the one.
A quick tip - careful aligning the flywheel when you replace it, apart from the locating key the magnets are powerful enough to give your skin a nasty pinch if your fingers are in the way! You line it up then as you gently push it on and over the key it'll go zap just like the side stand. |

Most any Kawaskai KX puller will work as long as it is the 2-piece type and has left-hand threads. Do a search, I posted the part number here somewere a while back.
Jaw type pullers will not work.
