Default Dash hour meter is dodgey

The stock computer on my 07' has started playing up, it reads a TT (total time) of 66:36, 66 hours and 36 minutes, and it changes when the bike is running, but when the bike stops and is started again it reads 66:36.
It has worked fine for as long as iv had it, untill now, its done this since the bike sat for 6 weeks not being used....

Any advice on this ?

Don't worry about it.Not many speedo units can survive the vibes of a ringding.
Fit a small hour meter under the seat conected to the cdi coil wire.
Sweet.
