There Are New Parts Available From Gasgas, We Had The Same Problems On Our 07 Race Bikes So I Called Gasgas (dixie Sales) And They Said That The Part Has Been Updated To An All Metal Set-up.
The Part#'s You Will Need Are
S700196 (qty. 2) Bushings
S700195 (qty. 1) Hiem Joint
S700197 (qty. 2) O-rings

Does this apply to the '07 Sachs or just the new Ohlins?? I should have looked closer when I had it out.

Its just for the Ohlins, it may also work with the Sachs but we havent had any complaints about those.
