When mine went out, I was told that the rectifier from Yamaha 125 4stroke street bike model would work (a non-US model). They are about $40 US on eBay. I looked at it, and it looks similar. The cross over is very wide on the part and they said it would require adaptation on mounting, but the plug is the same and is had the same amount of wires. I ended up buying a used one (before I found out about this one) that was model specific.
