Default Nissin Rear brake pump

My ec 300 GG 2009 nissin rear brake pump is leaking.
Is there a sealing or piston kit on the market?
I found nothing in the spare parts list
where?
price?

There might be a closer dealer to you than these guys but I have found them helpful.

GasGasUK e-mail mail@gasgasuk.com

phone (44) 01298 766813

For other parts.

Trialendurodirect or call them 01298 766 813

These people may be able to help, not sure if you know about them or not, but regardless, they are closer than most other dealers...

I found one for 30€ there is no part number - say my dealer.

Another question:
How can I adjust my foot brake lever in a ideal position for me.
The f... spring pull the lever everytime up.
Is there some aftermarket lever?

There is an aftwermarket lever but that will not solve your problem. You should cut a few mm from the master cyl rod to allow the pedal to be adjusted lower. Common mod we all do.

now I changed the sealing but I can't get out the air in the system
I have to much play at the lever
my normal procedure
1. press the piston back complete in the rear caliper
2. open the screw in the rear caliper - fit a 6mm tube
3. press the lever the brake fluid and air comes out
4. close the screw
5. release the lever
6. open the screw
7. press the lever
8. close the screw
9. release the lever
and so on
at the end I apply the lever so long until the piston press the brake pads close to the disk
normaly it works in this way
there is no more leaking !!!!!

but every time I have to much play in the lever
When I start the precedure new - new air bubbles comes out of the little screw

any idea?

Today I hang up the rear caliper and pump 1/2 h without closing/open the screw.
I see many air bubbles. Then the system was clean.
Now I have only 1 cm play in the lever.
May be there is a problem with the brake pump and underpressure.
The pump pulls air inside when I close the screw and release the lever.
But no leaking. I don't know.
A new pump is to expensive now.
