Nothing too exciting, put a sticker kit on, not flash, but better than the previous bare plastics

Rekluse Clutch, Brake Bushing, Brake Clevis, Sent pipe out to Pacific Crest Pipe Repair and added P3 Pipe guard, Motion Pro Throttle Cable, New Shifter, Seat Cover and I made a new seat hold down washer.

Yes the bike was converted to a 300 just before I bought it.

Went and got it dirty. I know you're only supposed to change one thing at a time, therefore i can't tell for sure whether it was the sticker kit or my new flash gas gas riding pants (sorry no pics of the pants), but average speed was up 15% and torque/hillclimbing ability improved by approximately 8.5%
