I think it is gg-normal to have the boot a bit loose in the box. The filter to boot is sealed such is the important part

I had the same concern about the air boot when I did my transformation but Swazi_matt is correct. As long as the filter seals to that boot then you will be good.

Today was painting day
I painted the front rim because I have a new rear wheel

I cleaned and painted the exhaust pipe and muffler

Today, I installed a new exhaust orings

I fited exhaust pipe on new springs

I will made the distance to mount the muffler

For now my Gas Gas looks like that

Next week will come box with new parts form motocrosscenter
Nevertheless, I still have to buy a new front tube, chain and gears etc.

Its looking good. Just a FYI, Put a small bead of black silicone RTV down the length of the springs. What that does is keeps the springs from vibrating so it wont wear into the exhaust manifold as much and it keeps the springs from breaking. Years ago I use to break a lot of springs and a bead of silicone down the length of them was the trick to stop it.

Spoke covers - 14 euro
