Stock settings for '99 EC200? HELP!

Just rebuilt the front and rear suspension to stock specs, no revalving. I found the manual for the front marzocchi forks, conventional. It says to not go farther then 2 clicks from the factory setting in either direction.

What is the stock factory settings?

I don't have a manual for the ohlins rear shock. Does anyone know where to start with it?
