glad you guys liked it! I got stomped in open A like usual but I had a blast and all that trails 30 min from my house too. sounds like we may get the final round next year and the year end banquet. I bet we sell the race out next year now that everyone sees how well it was marked and ran. we took every measure possible to make it fool proof. hope you guys come back for the next one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8a9Z1cfARU

im also downloading sections 5 and 6 that I goproed.

Spectators need more access to the sections.

Cr1200 north of the start was the best place to watch. Basically from were the 40' bridge was going east down that road. Everything around the parking lot sucked for spectators i know but we arent putting on a gncc either.

I'm no fan of GNCCs. If there are 4-wheelers present, I'm not. Clubs need to think about spectators, pit crews, and support people.

Part of the problem was club members not allowing access to some areas. First, I was told where we could go to watch. Later I was told we couldn't go there because there was 2-way bike traffic. The silly part was that there was 2-way bike traffic in other spots (same size road) and access wasn't restricted.
It sucked sitting in a dusty limestone parking lot most of the day.

Andy
You, LA Dirt Riders and the Black Coal put on an excellent event Sunday. Tyler was not able to race because he was at a wedding out of town, but he really missed a good time. From somebody that rides Interlake every weekend I would like to thank both organizations for the trails they have now left for us to ride on.
Thanks
Terry

Had to miss it this year. But, from what I hear I cannot wait until next year. Count me in.

Thanks terry, its going to be nice to have more trail to ride now. Depending on how much rain we get we are riding sunday. Finding everything is going to be a pain though.
