Not so tough enough enduro

Ran the Not So Tough Enough enduro for the first round of the WestChec series which is a new series that runs in So Cal, Nor Cal and Arizona. This race was in So cal a couple weeks ago and had a crazy weekend over all but here was my race. 8 miles in before the first check my throttle cable came loose from the slide! Haven't made any carb adjustments in probably 4 rides and it this happened. Sure it's my fault one way or another, but pulled off and got it back together but lost 14 minutes on the first check. Just ran for fun the rest of the race, that's why we all do this anyway right?! Ended up middle of my class. What really caught my attention was looking at the results I was the ONLY Gasser!!! 353 riders and one on a Gas Gas. Ridiculous
