Default Better Seat

Just bit the bullet on a new 300 e-start. The stock seat seems a bit thin, can anyone give me suggestions on more comfortable seat options?
Thanks
Jason

Enduro Engineering also offers a tall soft seat option.

Guts gives you multiple choices. Have one on my 05 and it is really good and it has lasted for years. Recently purchased a comfort seat for my 250 KTM with firm foam since the KTM has little thickness. It is really good considering the limited thickness. You need to call them on a GASGAS seat.

Does anyone have the Tall Guts in soft foam? Just wondering if it would be too soft or just right.

I have the tall soft guts on my 07 it is pretty good. I heard the new seats were pretty good. My only issue with tall soft is my short legs. You want to trade. My stock 07 was like sitting on the seat pan. Mike

I have the GUTS tall soft seat on my 300. Its not too soft, in fact it could be a tad bit softer for me. I am hoping it breaks in a bit and gets softer.

I have a tall regular on my 05 GasGas and it is very plush. The seat is no higher in the back, just the center. Creates a very flat riding surface. I also had a tall regular on my KTM and that was also plush. The reason I went to a firm on the KTM is the comfort seat is only offered in standard height. On the KTM I wanted the different shape and at standard height the foam is thin. I didn't want to feel the seat base if the foam was soft. On Guts web site they describe the firmness of the various foams by descibing stock seats of different brands and from my experience it is a good reference.

Sorry for all the KTM references......

I have the ultimate solution for a comfortable seat. After trying the Guts options and not being totally satisfied I went with a "dual sport" seat from Fisher saddlebags. I just spent 7 consecutive days riding in Colorado and my backside never bothered me a bit. The idea being that wider will be more comfortable. Mine is also 1" taller than stock. http://www.fishersaddlebags.com/
