Default Leaking radiators ec250

My bike has recently started leaking coolant from both radiators. It looks like the fins have split towards the top where they connect to the tanks. There is no signs of damage or impact and it seems like too much of a coincidence why they would all of a sudden start to leak at the same time.

Does anyone know what might have caused this? Maybe broken thermostat?

The radiators are around 6 months old.
