97 EC250 petcock leaking

My 97 EC250 petcock developed a leak today. Does anybody know where to get the o-ring for it? If there is one .

It would be best to replaced the petcock.
The plastic valve gets swollen from the ethanol laced fuels we have today.

I've noticed that I randomly get some gas from the petcock too (on my 2011).

Do we have a non-plastic option - anything aftermarket that won't develop a leak?

The internal ball valve is plastic. I guess there's no way around it.

The new petcock will turn easily with a nice smooth action.

I noticed the lever on mine is touching the engine case. Bet that didn't help much either.

You may mean Hall's in Springfield, IL but keep Lebanon-Suzuki in mind in Lebanon, Mo they are a good bunch of guys and a brand new GasGas dealer, 2014 EC300 on the floor now

OOppps. Lebanon is a lot closer than Springfield,IL. Just itching to get my taxes back so I can get bikes fixed and another quad for the wife. Then we can go to Chadwick,MO.
