I have so much crapola in my garage. Over the weekend I found parts for a KDX, a WR, and a new grill from my 1989 Ford Bronco that was on the shelf for over 20 years.

Anyway, the repair involved a pin hole in on of the ribs. It was soldered and pressure tested. Not a pretty repair, but it works.

Perhaps more photos are in order.
