06 Rebuild question
So here's the 06 300 I picked up locally. It needed a 4th gear so while I was in there I did new crank bearings, seals, etc. anyway, I have it back together other than the piston. That hasn't shown up yet.
 I have a quick question. It has a smaller stator in it, and when I pulled the bike apart, it only had 1 screw in it and it was backed nearly all the way out. So I have no idea where the timing was set, and there are no marks on the case to line it up with. Anyone know how to set the timing? Here's the stator.

Ah. I'm sorry. I thought I had searched but obviously I hadn't. Thanks for the link! Mine was missing the timing bolt. All better now!!
