Default Large flat washers in linkage??

Hey I'm curious if someone can give me some info on the suspension linkage and swing arm. I took mine apart a month ago and had it all zip tied, and in the process of replacing bearings today I think I may have misplaced some of those large flat washers, the ones that are about 1.5", .75 hole approx?

Anyone know where to find a diagram of the linkage and swing arm bearings? Or could someone tell me how many of those flat washers there should be? I currently have 2 pairs (4 total), not sure where to put them or if I'm missing any.

Any info is helpful, thanks guys!!

Thanks for the link. I kept getting the engine service manual.

Anyone take theirs apart recently and know how many there are supposed to be?

The washer sits between the dog bone/link and the bearing housing. Make sure the washer sits over the bearing bush. If it slips off and pinches it won't shield the o-rings and also inhibit the movement of the linkage.

PS. On the link download the 'exploded view' diagrams and then scroll down to the linkage pages.

Mine had four of the thicker linkage washers that have the small hole punched in them.

I had a derp moment.... There are a total of 6. I had 4, the other two were still stuck on the sides of the dog bones held on with some grease and grime.....

Problem solved, got the bike back together last night after being apart for almost 6 months! Fresh bottom end, top end, suspension bearings!!
