Thank you, Dennis. I don't think I have ever worked that hard for a 5th in my life. There are some fast old farts in the southeast!

There was lots of GGs at the National. I couldnt believe how many there were.

Mine was there. Got 8th in the 50+b class and that was with running out of gas and going on reserve twice.

Did you forget to fill the tank?

I had lots of gas left at the gas stop and at the end of the day.

I did go onto reserve in Sumter though.

I went back through the results and counted 23 Gassers entered. That's something like 3% of the total entries. That sounds pretty low until you remember that the first national in 2010 had 3 GG's entered. Then it sounds better!
