hi everyone, thought id join your wonderful site. im from australia and dont see many other gasgas riders in my area. i have owned my 2001 ec250 from new and will admit i have had a few small problems with it (ignition coil that just died, split rubber between carb and reed block, a few loose wiring connectors and a headlight that keeps blowing bulbs) but nothing major. anyhow i hope to slowly fit into your community when i read through the forums. thanks

I'm sure you'll find your bike about as durable as anything on the market today. Being it's used though, and not knowing it's history, take a close look at everything, particularly swingarm, linkage and steering head bearings as these are commonly neglected and cause grief.
