I can't seem to find anything on them either. There has to be a manual some where?

Hah ha ha! Good luck finding anything for the Sachs forks. I emailed Sachs directly and never heard anything back. I have tried sourcing parts for these forks and its like pulling teeth.

The good news is that they are a basic cartridge style fork (i think) so the fundamentals are the same as any other out there.

I downloaded and used the Zoke one from this site. Its close enough for the general layout and a normal rebuild

I'd like to know exactly what kind of fork oil they fill the Sachs with at the factory. I want to keep the valving feeling the same after an oil change. I read elsewhere that they use the GRO fork oil, 5wt.....

BUT... I have had a bad experience with just an oil change on WP forks in the past. The fork oil change felt like a total revalve to me. What went in was a totally different viscocity than what came out. The new 5wt was very different than the old 5wt. (I am not an expert, but I feel totally qualified in saying that Belray cartridge fork 5wt does not feel like factory WP fill at all)..

I would like to see the Sachs internals and service manual as well.

Bailey mate.. I dropped my Sachs oil and it was a blue/green stock and replaced with Silkolene Racing 5w. I can also tell you from a Reliable source in Australia that they use GRO and it is indeed an orange coloured oil, which would be the same as you suspect.
