I notice the flat spot and bog by the sound. I've heard it enough to recognize it. It is simple jetting, and I'm sure they took care of it, but it's not necessary to have a bike run that bad. You can actually hear the burble and engine hesitate slightly as it revs when he accelerates. Without that wide open throttle he is applying and the room to use it, that would be (and is) extremely annoying. Not a flaw with the bike, just setup. Betting that was a shakedown run before it was tuned for him.
