Clicking/ticking noise

Seems I have this noise Im pretty sure its coming from the flywheel
Can you have a listen to these two vids of it its a bit hard to tell as bike has plug and pipe removed and turning engine over with rear wheel. Piston and barrel look great, have just got all the parts to do the topend so would like to try sort this out at the same time.

Is it possible have a cracked magnet in the flywheel and be flicking around as thats what it sounds like.

on my cr I put the stator on just out of line and it clicked a bit.
best is to pull it a part and investigate mate, could be something simple

Found out today that it was the LH main bearing staring to let go but got to it in time.

Is it better to use the roller bearing again or go to the ball bearing style?

Also anyone know where I can buy new vforce 3 reeds without buying the whole cage aswell?

Na it didn't get ridden after this vid and was siting in the naughty corner of my shed for a few months until I took out the engine and dropped it of at my mechanic where it sat for even longer. Pity I am not trustworthy to be doing bottom ends
