OIl sight glass FSE 450

Look i know this might sound dumb but here i go ,in the manual it says to add appr 1200ml of oil after change but you guessed it i dropped container i was using when a childs bike hit me in back of legs with a screaming child saying no brakes connected to it.So i drained oil again an now unsure of amount,it's an oil bath set up so should sight glass be empty when going or full? PS having a bad week.

Hi im pretty sure the sight glass should be full at all times when the bike is level . You can always put a little bit more in as it just sits in the frame down tube .

The glass needs to be full. 07 have two windows and it needs to just show in upper window.
