Default Problem with Trailtech Vapor on 2011-EC300e

Hello folks, just finished install on new Trailtech Vapor on my 2011 EC300. Everything was plug and play as sold however I cant get a speedo reading. Magnet is intalled in the appropriate hole in the rotor. Cable is threaded into appropriate hole in caliper. Bench tested sensor and magnet while plugged into computer and it reads fine, but once magnet and sensor are intalled, no work, no reading at all.

I tried both 2110 mm and 1055 mm sizes programmed in computer. Magnet travels directly in front of sensor (I am assuming this is the same for all recent GG with stock computers). Sensor is threaded in as far as possible. Not enough clearance for the secondary magnet. There is about 3/8 distance between rotor magnet and end of sensor.

Please someone un GasGas land please say you have experienced this and have a fix. Stumped........and frustrated.

PM Nato and ask him if he's fixed his yet. His dealer was sending another unit to test and see if it resolved the issues.
