2 spots or 1 spot and 1 flood for Trail Tech HID Helmet lights?

Hi!

I am ready to buy this system but I haven't decided which patern I take. 2 spots or 1 spot and 1 flood? What is the best combination? I have tried to search the forum but no post was really clear about the patern. I am using also an 8" race headlight with a 35W H4 lamp which works OK (weak in very low rpm but generally OK).
