Default Swingarm Bearings

Didn't want to wander off topic from the first issue. So I managed to easily remove all the bearings from the linkage using a hand press at work. I took the swingarm in and tried the same process. They seem to be a bit more of a challenge, I really wasn't sure of how much pressure was required to remove the bearings. I plan on making an arbor that will fit a bit closer to make sure that I'm appling pressure evenly. Does heat help out or do you need to use a hydraulic press to remove these bearings? Thanks Carl.

I use a vise with two sockets.
One socket has to be slightly smaler than the bearing and the other has to be big enough for the bearing to fit into.
Use the vise as a press with the swingarm sandwiched between the two sockets.
It does not require that much force to press the bearing out.

You can use the vise to press the new bearing in.

Motion Pro does make a swingarm bearing removal tool.
