Default Standard silencer/ power core/ turbine core ?

Hi all. My current 2002 250 in supermoto trim needs a new silencer. I've put all new rivets in the current standard one twice now and they keep coming loose after a while.

is there any sound / performance difference between the powercore 2 and turbine core 2?

much difference in sound between stock and these pipes?

thanks guys.

Did you try different types of rivets? You can get aluminium or steel ones

That is easily the best looking GasGas I've ever seen.

I've replaced the rivets on the outlet end of my TC2 with stainless steel button head screws. All you need is the correct drill & tap. Now both ends look the same. Can't remember if I used M6 or 1/4-28 screws

thanks here's another.

and I've used stainless but the bike spends a fair amount of time cruising on long roads so I think the vibration is wrecking them. I've put it all together and appears ok so far tho

Just curious, what gearing are you using? Even with 14-42 I was reluctant to spend much time above 55mph. Vibrations alone felt destructive, but sustained partial throttle openings always make me paranoid that the bike is starving for lube.

I'm running 14-40 the bike will max out at a gps 105mph so sits happy at 70-80mph I've done hour long journeys at 60mph constant and have done plenty of max out 6th gear runs. Just replaced my piston after 60 hours still had most the protective coating on

I was also worried about the engines reliability for on road but I've been using it on road for 2 years now and not had a single issue
