TMD skid plate interference
I just got a TMD skid plate and with it installed I can not seat the pipe completely. The tab on the pipe hits the front of the skid plate before it fully seats on the engine. I can still see the second o-ring at the engine connection.
Has anyone had a similar issue with the TMD skid plate? I'll probably modify the skid plate by notching it so the tab and mounting will allow the pipe to seat but if there's something I may be missing I'd like to know before I do that. Thanks for the help. |

I wonder if my exhaust is bent because the exhaust seems to be a lot closer to the frame than what I see in the manual.
If I can't figure out how to bend it out correctly, I guess a question I would have is will a 250 or 300 exhaust work on a 200 or are they different sizes? My bike is a 2012 xc200. Thanks |

These Pipes are all the same 300 250 200 (2012-2014)

Take the pipe off.
Clamp the lower mounting point in a vise. Take a long 1" 1/2 pipe and stick it into the inlet. Be sure not to distort the flange. You can now manipulate the inlet position. It is really easy once you get the hang of it. |

Thanks!
Awesome! Thanks for the info and the process to adjust the pipe.
