ok ive got a 04 ec 300 im getting ready to do the top end on it this bike has never been touched bike has great power and compression ect but i just cant see not rebuilding it the guy i got it off of never rode it much it still had the factory chain and sprockets olny thing ever done to it was he put a rekluse in it what is the best piston to use as far as gaskets im going to use factory thanks for the advise guys im going to try and race this bike this yr want it as best as possible

I can't confirm for an 04 because I've only just spent a year with GG owning a 2010. I can tell you I put a Wossner forged piston kit in mine. No issues. Contact your local GG dealer or use the search on the site.

i live in tenn... so gofasters has the pistons ?

Need to determine which size barrel you have to determine the piston size. Depending on the state of the cyl you may need it recoated. Maybe not.

Go fasters has been in the business a long time and I'm sure a quick call will get you the info you need. I'm in Australia and have a few dealers here who I like to go through.
