07 exhaust cam

Does anyone know if the exhaust cam from a 07 450 FSE will fit and run in my 02 400 FSE? Head and valve gear part numbers are the same.

I've seen where you can use a DRZ cam in the GasGas. Google it.

Thanks, yes that was the other option. Decompressor disintegrated in the head when out on a trail last week, bit of a mess. Several DRZ 'Hot Cams' stuff on Ebay, mostly in the States and the 07 Pampera cam in Australia. Have seen the post and photos. Probably go down that route. OEM cams in UK are ?406+vat!!!!

From everything that I've read and seen, the head needs to machined to fit the Hot Cam on the exhaust side. It's not one of those huge things, but the decompressor is too thick.

Here is the info. Any machine shop should be able to handle this. Shoot you could probably do it at home with a grinder and some patience.
