Default tibial spine fracture

Anyone here ever manage this one i did it on a strangers bmx, couldn't move my leg for 2 months, luckily avoided surgery. Managed to do it last October and it still acts up in the humid weather. just wondering if anyone has any insight on how long the pain will last.
