Default Hard time getting parts

Well I ordered some.oem parts for my 18 last month July 2020 and parts came no issue. Went to local gasgas parts house now rieju to order a few more things parts guy said no go. He wasn't able to get me anything I needed so I got on motocenter Az web site and a few of the things I needed from them were on back order. Tried to call no answer.
Anyone else getting problems getting parts?

I have gotten a couple of orders from Matto Cycles in the last couple of months. Some things are back ordered and they don't when they will be in. Others were sent right away.

I have an order with Matto. Most of it arrived, but some were back ordered. Because of back-order, I generated a "plan b," and ordered some more parts. I ordered my "plan B" parts a week ago - I would expect a 10-day turn around with things which aren't on back order.

Does anyone have a circa ~2005 aluminum kickstand they would be willing to sell?

Default backordered parts

Hey Everyone,

This isn't just a GasGas issue but more a global issue due to the last few months of that lovely virus shutting down the world. We did receive 8 pallets of product just last week that was shipped via ocean due to higher costs of airfreight and have already shipped those parts out to the dealer network.

Rieju and all of Europe get back to work next week from their annual "August Holiday" that they have (YES< I AM JEALOUS) but it also throws a real hurdle into the supply chain every year as their vendors shut down and so does the aftersales support.

We have another order ready to submit on Monday when Rieju and Torrot (for trials) return to work and will push to have any items that are of backorder ship to us via Airfreight (which will result in zero profit) but at least continue to catch everyone up.

Thanks for understanding,

Thanks Mark.

Even in the automotive business, parts are severely delayed.

Not just automotive either.

Everythings being impacted. Interestingly though, the use bike and car market here in Aus is booming. Everything selling like hotcakes!

Mark's right I ordered new riding boots from a big dicount warehouse in Germany 4 months ago. The shipper picked them up the next day and took them to the airport where they sat for a month before being flown to our shores.
