ive just checked my compression and it was about 190 ish at what compression do you need to change fuel type 95 ron or 97 super cheers

I always run Chevron Premium 92 octane (R+M)/2.

My compression is in the 200-215 range.

Don't get too anxious over the the octane numbers, just use something high enough (92- 94) to prevent detonation. Sometimes it's hard to hear, you could have someone else listen to the bike while you ride up a hill or anywhere there is a load on the engine. Octane boosters or running 40 to 50% racing fuel will also help. Jim
