Default Cross referencing control parts.

New to GG, just picked up a 2011 300 last week.

Could someone point me in the right direction for what control parts I can cross reference from other brands.

Like brake pads, brake pedal, pegs and shifter.

Yamaha pegs will work, correct?

What about the others?

I would like to get nicer shifter and brake pedal, wonder if any of the Japanese brands will work.

Looking at the Hammerhead products.

Thanks in advance.

I had lots of bling on my 09 Husky that bolted right on my 10 GG.

If that helps at all.

Correct on the yami pegs.
Hammerhead make a shifter for the gasgas, they don't make a rear brake lever that specifically suits the gasgas. Apparently a KX brake pedal can be modified to work, there may be more specific information on this site somewhere.
Almost any 125/150/250/310/450 2000+ Husqvarna rear sprocket will work, front sprocket is GG only.
There is a brake pad crossover, I think late model suzuki?, someone will confirm this im sure.
Moose make cheap aftermarket levers.

bringing this back up...

taking a big trip in a few weeks and would like to bring along some spare levers and pedals. anyone have a crossover for the clutch or front brake?

Anymore details on the KX brake pedal modification?

Hammerhead doesnt list shifters anymore, am I SOL, or is there another source?

Someone here put a YZF brake pedal on, using the YZ mounting hardware. Theres pictures and discussion about it here http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/sho...t=11181&page=3 .

Front brake lever is CR250, almost any year. I just went to denniskirk.com to verify, and the front brake is a crossover for a ton of CR models. That is the place that I do most of my crossover investigating, as they have a "fitment" section for each part. If it's a universal brand, like Moose, then all relevant models are listed.

That's not a bad thing. I'm very unhappy with mine. It is always loose, no matter hard I tighen it.
The usable shifter tip is over an inch away from the side cover. It just hangs my toes out too far.
