Short answer is, anything is possible with enough time and money. However, the practicality of the swap means no.

Sure it's possible. Buy a 300 engine, carb, and pipe, along with the CDI, and just drop it in

The swap is relatively straightforward on a 250 > 300 but you'd be better off hunting for a buyer for your 200 and then picking up a newer 300.
