Default 02 125 clutch questions

Clutch seems to be engaging and disengagement seems to be good. The issue i am having is the lever, when let out will sometimes stop about 70% and i have to push lever all the way out. It seems to do this when i have to work the clutch a lot. Tips, pointers advise appreciated. - JC

Have you disassembled the lever, pivot bolt and ball stud assembly to make sure it is clean and lubed?
