You might ask the purchasers of 2011 Race bikes as well - the spares kit includes a 50T Supersprox to supplement the stock 48T rear.

I got a GG pouch and small tool kit..Should the 2010 EC300's have come with the spare 50t sprocket included? I didn't get anything but the pouch and owners manual, I bought the bike new. If the 50t sprocket came with the bike, what else should have been included with the bike?

The Race models always come with more spares. I know in 2009/2010 if you bought a 'Race' labelled model you'd get a spare top end and some other goodies.

My 2010 was a limited edition. I received the red GG pouch, a basic jetting kit, 8,10,12mm tool and a GG aluminium sprocket which I doubt I will ever use. Looks like its about 40 tooth.

That's the standard load for the standard bike. The 2011 Race editions get, in addition to the skid plate, rad guards, and 48mm Marzocchi forks, the following:
brake and clutch levers, front and rear brake pads, 50T Supersprox sprocket, complete gasket kit, piston/rings/pin/circlips. You also get the bright red toolpack for waving at your riding buddies
