2006 EC300 Forks and Spring rates
Hi all, I'm 95kg nekkid and am wanting to know what spring rates I need for my bike, and part numbers or dimensions if possible? Done a fair amount of googling and nothing too conclusive yet
Thanks!

I would suggest 0.45 or 0.46 in the forks and 5.6 at the rear.
