Suspension Tuning 101

Disclaimer:
Previously, this thread provided a general overview of suspension valving. Since it was derived from my automotive background, some of the discussions could have been misleading. This is due to differences in valving components between automotive and motorcycle suspensions. Although the basic fluid dynamic principals are the same, the components affecting the low-speed to high-speed regions are different. So rather than cause confusion, I have decided to modify this thread into a "reference index" for any articles or websites discussing motorcycle suspension tuning.
