Default Gas gas ec400 reliability ?

Friend of mine is thinking of buying a ec400 2002 still has all standard lights indicators ECt on,

do these use the same engine as the drz ?

and what is reliability like valve clearance intervals ECt are they pretty reliable ?i have seen a few issues with the injection system when searching is there any common things to look for? Bike looks completely standard and not messed with

I doubt many riders here would take on an early GG 4T. They are known to be very finicky to get working correct and parts are not easy to come by. Money is better spent elsewhere.

The later GG 4T with the Yamaha engine is a good bike.
