This crap has been noted before goes on in more than one inner city. Philly is another with a big problem. I wonder how many of those bikes were bought and paid for legit?

Im sure every bike has serial numbers that no longer exist. I guess the cops have so much more to deal with they dont mess with these guys.

Cycle News just did a story on this stuff. It seems to be a big problem and they seem to be hostile and violent towards law enforcement. Some of the bikes have racing numbers so it makes you wonder whether they are stolen property.
