Well if the suspesion linkagehas not been done before I advise you to do so. My 2002 EC250 Had never had it done and was in need of them badly.

As far as the engine goes I am on orginal piston and rings with over 200 hard hours.

Thing is tuff as snot and loves the tight trails and the 6th makes the logging roads a breez. I have added many after market parts and still am not done yet. I really do love this bike.

Lifes journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body, But rather to skid in sideways totally worn out shouting holy cow what a ride !!!!

Ok so I have the bike at my house for the weekend so I can ride it and take a really good look at it.

First off I'm not totally pleased with the cosmetics, my currnt 89 RM250 looks much better.

The fork seals need to be replaced

Something is up with the rear brakes, they offer pretty much zero stopping power ( I already bled them twice)

They are a few repairs that look like trail fixes that never got fixed right.

After taking a better look at the bike I'm definitly thinking alot more about this. I know its a used bike, but I was expecting alot more from a 2001
