Rear tugger bolts?

My 07 frame is missing the two rear bolts & washers needed to fit the Tugger strap. Could someone please tell me the part no.

Just a quick look - seems like it would be item 51 and 52 on the frame section...

part number & Description :

T0206025 6 X 25 Special Screw
T2106002 M6 Self Locking Nut

Given the description - seems like the bolt would have more of a flange or collar associated with it.

This is from fiche - someone with the bike in front of them might provide more detail here.

Isn't the Tugger strap supposed to come with bolts and collars/flanges?

It does come with bolts but none of the fit in the holes in the sub frame (to short or to fat). I se if I can get some suitable bolts from the local bolt shop
