Default Headlamp Bulb suitable Replacement
I've got a 300EC Six Day. The headlamp bulb has fused. The standard headlamp is a 35w/35w which are very hard to get is South Africa. Can you use a 55w/55w or will this damage the stator?

55w bulb will probably melt the head light lense.

I know for a fact from trying it on my '03 that the plastic socket will melt if you wire the two filaments together.
